Anyone having ideas on generation of electricity from wastes. Please share information of working plants in India and abroad. Cost of generation?

Neelesh B Sokey One we had designed and installed in Delhi years back. But it seems it is closed now. Will ask to the concerned department and let u know.

Neelesh B Sokey Our Co. had prepared a Report for Power Generation from municipal solid waste long time back even people involved are already retired. No action was taken that time by the Govt.I remember it was for Timarpur Power Project. You can search on the internet with keywords 'Timarpur Power Project'. OK.

Neelesh B Sokey I agree. I think we have to sign MoU with overseas companies who are working in this field. It will be better I tell my marketing department to venture in this field. This is the right time.

S.p. Singh Biogas plants are much more useful in areas like sugar or ricell mills. These are operating but not in the city areas.
