Warning Shot

The first warning shot don't take farm produce for granted. I personally feel Modi government has not been serious in dealing with issues pertaining to agricultural sector. One bad monsoon and we all pay dearly and hunger would return haunting to India.
Time to wake up Mr. Modi.
The decline in the production is due to erratic rainfall during the 2014 monsoon

  • Ram Saran Singh Sir. Your concern is right. Only make in India will not make India strong unless agriculture sector attracts attention. Because of apathy to this sector, labour crisis has cropped up and having good cultivable land farmers are not interested. Thanks.

  • Umesh Chandra Srivastava Agriculture sector is & was least priority sector for government although 70% population is based on this sector. Input cost is increasing day by day. Margins to farmers is decreasing accordingly. Government announces that they have controlled price rise. If you see product wise, most of the articles belong to agricultural sector. No control over the price of big industries/ multinational companies.
  • S.p. Singh Yes I agree if it continues business community will take advantage and black marketeers will again find entry to loot common beings.
